Questions we hear a lot.
What counts as an image?
One reference image processed by our vision engine is one image. If you correct a low confidence read manually it is not re processed and does not count again.
Do you store our images?
No. Slate Tracker is a desktop app. Images never leave your network. Only the parsed slate text and metadata sync to the cloud account for licensing.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel at the end of any billing period. Annual plans are available on Production tier on request.
Do you offer rental house or production rate cards?
Yes. Get in touch via the Production tier and we will price a rate card for the run of your production.
